Property work is affected by things a national contractor won't know about a specific area, how the ground behaves in different parts of the East Riding, which streets have older drainage or wiring, and how local planning rules apply. A Closer Look at Our Coverage
Hull & the surrounding suburbs. Most of our work happens in and around Hull itself, from terraced streets in the older parts of the city to newer developments on the outskirts. City properties often come with tighter access and older services buried underneath, both things we plan for rather than discover on the day.
Beverley, Cottingham & Hessle. These are some of the towns we visit most regularly outside Hull, each with its own mix of period and modern housing. A Georgian townhouse in Beverley and a 1990s estate in Hessle need different approaches, and we adjust for that rather than treating every job the same.
Willerby, Anlaby & Hedon. Just as much a part of our regular working week as Hull itself, these towns see the full range of what we do, from garden landscaping to full rewires, with no premium added simply for being outside the city boundary.
Bridlington & further afield. A little further out, but still well within reach for the right project. Larger jobs, a full garden transformation or a kitchen and bathroom renovation together, are usually worth the travel. Smaller jobs are judged on their own merits, so it's always worth asking rather than assuming.
